Fairity
Is there a free plan?
We always offer a free demonstration of the platform and the first month free of charge. This gives you the opportunity to test Fairity before you take a decision!
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. You have the option to pay either monthly or yearly.
How many users are included?
20 users are included in the Essential package, and if you have a request to add more users you’re welcome to contact us! Because of course we want you to be able to involve the whole organisation.
What type of organisations use Fairity ?
All types of organisations uses Fairity. For example non-profit associations, housing cooperatives, recruitment companies, small and medium sized businesses and public services. We have customer’s in different industries which were looking for an easy tool to manage their responsibilites within GDPR.
Do you provide onboarding support?
Yes. Our price package includes 1 hour onboarding support. If you feel that 1 hour is not enough or you would like to bring the whole team onboard to learn how to use Fairity, then take a look at our onboarding add-ons.
Do you provide GDPR-training for companies?
We only offer onboarding support regarding our product Fairity and not for general GDPR-training for businesses or organisations.

What is GDPR?
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a law which came to force in May 2018.
The purpose of the law is to protect individuals’ fundamental rights and freedoms, particularly the right to protection of personal data.
What is personal data?
Personal data is any sort of information that relates to an individual who can be directly or indirectly identified, such as, name, email address, gender and ethnicity.
How do I comply with GDPR?
There are 7 principles, which is the core of the law:
1. You must have lawful basis to be able to process personal data
2. You may only collect personal data for clear purposes
3. You’re not allowed to process more personal data than needed for the purposes
4. You must ensure that the personal data is accurate
5. You must erase the personal data when it is no longer needed
6. You must protect the personal data you are processing, so that it doesn’t end up in the wrong hands
7. You must be able to demonstrate that you’re GDPR compliant
Who must comply with GDPR?
All businesses and organisations handling personal data connected to a EU resident, must comply with GDPR.
Can I be fined according to GDPR law?
Yes. The fines for being non-compliant are designed to be a costly mistake – it doesn’t matter if you’re a large or small business or organisation. A fine can be up to 20 million euro, or 4% of the business revenue from the past financial year.
